Royal Arch Meeting Suspension due to coronavirus

A message from the Most Excellent Grand Superintendent Noel C. Manby
Dear Sirs and Companions
In accordance with current guidance from Supreme Grand Chapter, all Royal Arch meetings have been suspended for a period of four months and whilst we will all find this a difficult time we must ensure that the health and safety of our Companions take priority, particularly those who fall into the “at risk category”.
Your Chapter Almoner and members of the Chapter should keep in touch with those Companions who fall into the “at risk category” and where necessary provide support or just a friendly phone call to break up the period of isolation.
The Scribe E’s office will keep you updated on any and all developments.
Kind regards
Yours faithfully & fraternally
Noel C Manby
In addition, the following message regarding Supreme Grand Chapter has been received from the Grand Scribe E Dr. David Staples
Dear E Comp Manby,
Following the advice from the government and the announcement from The ME The First Grand Principal, HRH The Duke of Kent, KG, regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. The difficult decision has been made to cancel the Regular Convocation and Investiture scheduled to be held at Freemasons' Hall, on Thursday, 30th April 2020.
The health and well-being of all our members is our primary concern, and it is essential that we take special care of ourselves and our loved ones during this challenging period.
Yours sincerely and fraternally,
Dr David Staples FRCP CEO and Grand Scribe E
