The Christmas Collection is back! This festive season, we invite all Lodges meeting in December and/or January to dedicate their Charity Collection to support the LRFC’s two chosen charities:
LOROS provides free, compassionate care for adults across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland who are living with terminal illnesses, neurological conditions, or end-stage organ failure. Their services include inpatient and community care, day therapy, counselling, and family support – all offered completely free of charge.Many of us know someone who has been helped by LOROS, and we’ve seen firsthand the difference their care makes to patients and families during the most difficult of times.L earn more at www.loros.co.uk
The Joe Humphries Memorial Trust (JHMT) Established in memory of Joe Humphries, a teenager from Leicestershire who tragically passed away from Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome (SADS). JHMT is also the Lord Mayor’s chosen charity of the year. The Trust raises awareness of SADS, promotes CPR and defibrillator training, and supports young people through its Inspire Awards, which provide small grants to help 13–21-year-olds achieve their goals in sport, art, and community projects.
