Face Shields donated Free of Charge to Hospitals and Care Homes
During his spare time, local Freemason Michael Smart has been putting his machinery to good use, by manufacturing face shields for front line workers.
Michael Smart, Inner Guard of Newarke Lodge No.6794 in Leicester, has been busy along with his team to manufacture, assemble, and deliver face shields free of charge within the Leicester area. One of the latest care homes to benefit from Michael's generosity is the Masonic Care Home, Devonshire Court in Oadby, where 75 shields have just been delivered.

Other grateful recipients of over three thousand face shields have been the Leicester Royal Infirmary, Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham, and hospitals in Burton Upon Trent and Derby.
