An Extraordinary meeting of the Wiclif Chapter No.3078 was held on the 28th May at the Wycliffe Rooms (Freemasons’ Hall), Lutterworth, Leicestershire.

The purpose of the meeting was to welcome into the organisation Geoff Peters, a Past-Master of Reynard Lodge No.9285 in Syston.

All those in attendance were pleased to welcome the Head of Royal Arch Freemasonry in Leicestershire & Rutland, Noel Manby, on his first visit to a Chapter meeting since his recent illness.

A sizeable contingent of members from Reynard Lodge were in attendance, including the previous Head of Royal Arch Masonry in the county, Peter Kinder, who was among the 40 Royal Arch Masons to take part in a first-class meeting and enjoyed the company of everyone present at the meal afterwards.

It has been over twenty years since Geoff joined Freemasonry, proving it is never too late to complete the journey in Pure and Antient Freemasonry.

Wiclif Chapter is thriving and is delighted to welcome Geoff into the Order, he becomes the third new member of what has been a very successful and rewarding year.
