George Grant and Tim Carter, the former and current Charity Stewards of the Vale of Catmos Lodge, recently had the honour of presenting a cheque for £1,000 to John Whittington, Project Coordinator of Men & Women in Sheds in Oakham, Rutland.

The Vale of Catmos Lodge initially donated £500 towards this cause, which was generously matched by the Leicester & Rutland Masonic Charity (LRMC), effectively doubling the total contribution to £1,000.

These funds will play a vital role in assisting Men & Women in Sheds to purchase new equipment and cover essential running costs, enabling the group to continue its dedicated and valuable work in providing a supportive, social, and creative environment for members of the local community.

The Vale of Catmos Lodge is proud to continue supporting organisations that make a positive difference within the Rutland community!
