On April 10th, 2025, the Freemasonry community celebrated a significant milestone: the 50th anniversary of Don Peacock's initiation into the fraternity. Don joined the Knights of Malta Lodge No. 50 in Hinckley, Leicestershire, on April 10th, 1975. Over the years, his dedication and contributions have left an indelible mark on Freemasonry.

Don's journey in Freemasonry is marked by his involvement in various lodges. In 1994, he became a member of the Leicestershire & Rutland Lodge of Installed Masters, and in 2002, he joined the Lodge of Research. His commitment to the fraternity is evident in his leadership role at the Freemasons’ Hall in Leicester, where he leads a team of experts managing the library and museum. This team is always ready to share their extensive knowledge on Freemasonry and the fascinating artifacts and exhibits on display.
Beyond his Masonic duties, Don is known for his love of the outdoors. He is an avid walker and wildlife watcher, often capturing the beauty of nature through his photography. His passion for the natural world complements his dedication to Freemasonry, showcasing a well-rounded individual who values both community and personal enrichment.
